Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SD DigiTek, including visiting our website or engaging our technology consulting, cybersecurity, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

SD DigiTek provides custom software development, cloud solution architecting, cybersecurity vulnerability assessment and pentesting, and digital marketing services. All services are provided subject to specific service-level agreements (SLAs) signed per project.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a signed project agreement, all source code, graphic designs, copy, and other materials developed by SD DigiTek prior to complete payment remain the intellectual property of SD DigiTek. Upon final project settlement, ownership transfers to the client as defined in individual agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

SD DigiTek and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
